COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Positec WDPM3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pro-face products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proteus product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pro-face such as the AFPXC14T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP2400TC4124 manufactured by Pro-face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EP2000 by Manufacturer Proteus as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AGIA3XXXXOPB30003S00 by Prominent and V10274 spares by Pulver-Systems-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FLT11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Progressive-Automations.
