COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Posital OCD-D2B1B-0012-B150-0CC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Qlog products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ps-Controller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Precise product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Qlog such as the 1277508 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC403 manufactured by Ps-Controller and we are pleased to be able to service most Ps-Controller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7332 by Manufacturer Precise as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Powertron Brand 100500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Promess such as CM1902R162MK2048CS equipment made by Promess have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Promess products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Promess" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A0014425AA made by Prestolite-Leece-neville as well as the popular 1906942340 original spares produced by Promess Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 328000701 by Pro-face and CM1902R162MK2048CS spares by Promess are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 702RPP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Power. |
