COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Posital Fraba OCD-SL01G-0812-C100-PAB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Progressive-Automations products, including obsoleted and phased-out Powertron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Powertip product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Progressive-Automations such as the FLT7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80S1CR manufactured by Powertron and we are pleased to be able to service most Powertron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PG320240 by Manufacturer Powertip as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pro-Face Brand AST3302B1D24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quality-Motion-Controls such as 330121 equipment made by Quality-Motion-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quality-Motion-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quality-Motion-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0207120 made by Proscientific-Inc. as well as the popular IPS30CQ original spares produced by Quantai-Systems-Inc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EMA12 by Power-Mate and 330121 spares by Quality-Motion-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
