COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Posirot PRAS27-360-U6-CW-KAB2M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schaevitz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rice-Lake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schaevitz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schaevitz such as the 02560921000HCI5000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RL7501625K manufactured by Rice-Lake and we are pleased to be able to service most Rice-Lake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GCA1211000 by Manufacturer Schaevitz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schunk Brand OSEA1440354104 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pyromation such as R1T185L483S4D0408SL8HN63 equipment made by Pyromation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pyromation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pyromation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1xNiCrNi made by Reckmann as well as the popular SLC420ER033030RFBH original spares produced by Schmersal Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CTSF0000 by Red-Lion and R1T185L483S4D0408SL8HN63 spares by Pyromation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 02350614000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schaevitz. |
