COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Posidyne R2-1S1-H5QC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Renbrandt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reuland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Renbrandt such as the C67F67F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 145230219021P manufactured by Reuland and we are pleased to be able to service most Reuland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MNRR185343118 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand MO7916570WK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Renold such as 60A1CX10FT equipment made by Renold have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Renold products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Renold" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CF301CCS7SD made by Schroeder-Dirt-Alarm as well as the popular SFT31 original spares produced by Seal-Master Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P12501303BS12VW1 by Sankyo and 60A1CX10FT spares by Renold are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 252101442003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
