COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Portwell ROBO-8820VG2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mettler-Toledo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sieb--Meyer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mettler-Toledo such as the TB800364 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM026396BC manufactured by Sieb--Meyer and we are pleased to be able to service most Sieb--Meyer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGDA04APP by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand SFA2004106010050 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as SP502979 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SV9010AC5M0B00 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular SKKL10612D original spares produced by Semikron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T161903A10E529A by Moog and SP502979 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SKT120012D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Semikron. |
