COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Polyspede PRD8-300 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Process-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Presision product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Process-Control such as the Electroplating spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LT4201TM manufactured by Pro-face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 89010585 by Manufacturer Presision as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Port Brand ESAC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Precise-Metaal such as RSD equipment made by Precise-Metaal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Precise-Metaal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Precise-Metaal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 318003402GP2301TC4124V made by Pro-face as well as the popular SBC original spares produced by Preco-Industries Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AST3601C1D24 by Pro-face and RSD spares by Precise-Metaal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PFXLM4301TADAK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pro-face. |
