COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Polyspede PRD8-200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Progressive-Automations products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ppm-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Power-Tron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Progressive-Automations such as the PA049100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CD30L121208 manufactured by Ppm-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Ppm-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1011 by Manufacturer Power-Tron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Promess Brand 217M10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proface such as PL6921T41 equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2SMPM65090C made by Prima-Electro as well as the popular 986021600 original spares produced by Praxis-Automation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 358130101 by Pro-face and PL6921T41 spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7332 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Precise. |
