COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Polyscience 070860-VWR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Polyspede parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Promess product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the AGP3310T1D24 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XLT3 manufactured by Polyspede and we are pleased to be able to service most Polyspede systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 217M10 by Manufacturer Promess as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pro-face Brand PFXGP4601TMD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Prima-Electro such as CST equipment made by Prima-Electro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prima-Electro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prima-Electro" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SFT3501 made by Pro-Face as well as the popular 2301SC4124 original spares produced by Pro-face Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MVI56EMCMXT by Prosoft and CST spares by Prima-Electro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GP77SC4124V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
