COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Polyscience 070850-VWR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Powrmaster products, including obsoleted and phased-out Popp-Machine--Tool-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pro-face product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Powrmaster such as the G3U437 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BLK2525EZZ manufactured by Popp-Machine--Tool-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Popp-Machine--Tool-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AGP3550T1D24 by Manufacturer Pro-face as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Port Brand 860A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Prima-Electronics such as ISD300 equipment made by Prima-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prima-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prima-Electronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 830000 made by Production-Process as well as the popular PFXPT72CB86K14N00 original spares produced by Pro-Face Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FMM501001 by Prosense and ISD300 spares by Prima-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PRD8500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Polyspede. |
