COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Polyscience 040525-VWR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Posital parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Port product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GLC150BG41RSFL24V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCDSC00B1312B060CAW manufactured by Posital and we are pleased to be able to service most Posital systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M461 by Manufacturer Port as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Poweramp Brand 09610085 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Positek such as P50090EJ equipment made by Positek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Positek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Positek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KG038QV0BNG00 made by Pro-Face as well as the popular 217M10 original spares produced by Promess Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XPN12209 by Precision-Quincy and P50090EJ spares by Positek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BLK2525EZZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Popp-Machine--Tool-Inc. |
