COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Point Gray GRAS-20S4C-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Prolog products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-Face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Powerohm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Prolog such as the VGA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D11015A manufactured by Pro-Face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-Face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PRT7R600W by Manufacturer Powerohm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Port Brand AGLS25 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Positec such as 52625035000 equipment made by Positec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Positec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Positec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS711AT421GXM60 made by Pro-face as well as the popular D1CAW0P10001G220D original spares produced by Prominent Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AGP3310HT1D24REDAGP3000HADPCOM01 by Pro-face and 52625035000 spares by Positec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PF9F2R9K42 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powerohm. |
