COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Plastrac 40912 1644 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Louis-Allis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 6182H12KEH4D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6AV21814GB100AX0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 46S023710081 by Manufacturer Louis-Allis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6DD1670OAFO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as 6000Series equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6ES53043UB11 made by Siemens as well as the popular 60550LCDDAT original spares produced by Hunkar-Labs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6AR13010HA200AA0 by Siemens and 6000Series spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6182H12TRH4DA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
