COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Plasma EL640.400.CB1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Port products, including obsoleted and phased-out Port parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Process-Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Port such as the MR5016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ESAC manufactured by Port and we are pleased to be able to service most Port systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4054250301a by Manufacturer Process-Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Progressive-Automations Brand PA0420400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proface such as FP710T42 equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 282686HD made by Pratt--Whitney as well as the popular 072000126 original spares produced by Primatics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JET20SS2P by Plastec and FP710T42 spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PA151833 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Progressive-Automations. |
