COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Placid H11-24-1B52 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the K37LP56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HS110065 manufactured by Fmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KA76BDT90S4BH62HR by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand LF93230B7J in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stobor such as K102WG0280MT10 equipment made by Stobor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stobor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stobor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K102WG0200MR160050F made by Stober as well as the popular KD055CP4KDO55CP43641631 original spares produced by Kaydon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KTN9SPW33 by Skf and K102WG0280MT10 spares by Stobor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HB128357250TC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
