COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pinnacle MG-36-AB-AU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schaevitz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schmitt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reneshaw product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schaevitz such as the 02350708000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SB1420 manufactured by Schmitt and we are pleased to be able to service most Schmitt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RGH24Y15A00A by Manufacturer Reneshaw as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ramsey Brand 60200DC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Santec such as 342800510A5571 equipment made by Santec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Santec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Santec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RTD700REL made by Pyromation as well as the popular RHS21DP22000146CA144LDM5PS original spares produced by Renco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 700281544MS4336CAC130X10R by Scientific-Technologies and 342800510A5571 spares by Santec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5189315 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Raytheon. |
