COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pilz PNOZ S5 24VDC 2N/O 2N/OT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Semikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Semikron such as the SKD21012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SHND69120AH manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SAFT103 by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Flexmate-Inc Brand SD0018G03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gurley-Precision-Instruments such as R137S01000Q5L01EN18SP04EN equipment made by Gurley-Precision-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gurley-Precision-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gurley-Precision-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SA3000DC140 made by Reliance-Electric as well as the popular psmegrs232ttyp2k original spares produced by Phoenix-Contact Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RUB02104 by Rubran-Electronics and R137S01000Q5L01EN18SP04EN spares by Gurley-Precision-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
