COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pilz PNOZ/324VDC5S1O1W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sprecher--Schuh parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sigma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 3TK28251BB40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CEF112 manufactured by Sprecher--Schuh and we are pleased to be able to service most Sprecher--Schuh systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41J0Z91236 by Manufacturer Sigma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Te-Connectivity Brand 7012AH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as RM4JA32MW equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GP8036A59111 made by Schramme-Gmbh as well as the popular 7JOX12000N2 original spares produced by Sigma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RK168 by Pleiger and RM4JA32MW spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LTMR08MFM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
