COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pilz PN0ZXV2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Process-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prime-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Powertip product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Process-Control such as the 4054250301a spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LT19 manufactured by Prime-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Prime-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC4002LRUCSOCR1 by Manufacturer Powertip as well.

Spare units by Polyscience such as 60110 equipment made by Polyscience have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 328000701 made by Pro-face as well as the popular pe86 original spares produced by Plating-Electronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P20VR by Preh-Druckaufnehmer and 60110 spares by Polyscience are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GSS9801 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Plasma-Treat.
