COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Piezosystem Jena parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Power-Jacks products, including obsoleted and phased-out Precision parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pro-Face product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-Jacks such as the F825224 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 12043 manufactured by Precision and we are pleased to be able to service most Precision systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 328000712 by Manufacturer Pro-Face as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand AGP3300HL1D24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Princo such as L3520 equipment made by Princo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Princo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Princo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS711AT4224V5MSU made by Proface as well as the popular PR50CC original spares produced by Port Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GLC2400TC4124V by Pro-face and L3520 spares by Princo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AGP3400T1D24FN1M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pro-Face. |
