COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Picanol N-1000-IV-X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Power-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-Face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Prima-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-Electronics such as the MD346ECHCC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AST3302B1D24 manufactured by Pro-Face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-Face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HVPS4000PMK1 by Manufacturer Prima-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Polyspede Brand PRD8200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Power-one such as HCBB75WA equipment made by Power-one have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Power-one products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Power-one" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 692273033 made by Pittman-Motor as well as the popular 9064XYZM original spares produced by Port Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UTM50CC1HL by Port and HCBB75WA spares by Power-one are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AGP3500T1D24D81K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pro-face. |
