COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Physik Instrument M-235.5DG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Power-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Precise-Metaal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Power-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-Electronics such as the M2046CX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RSD manufactured by Precise-Metaal and we are pleased to be able to service most Precise-Metaal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M1546H by Manufacturer Power-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pro-face Brand GLC2400TC4124V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Power-Wave such as G28612 equipment made by Power-Wave have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Power-Wave products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Power-Wave" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS3650ATY2S made by Proface as well as the popular KM3010A600N0103J original spares produced by Pmi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LS1041V422T by Pic-Design and G28612 spares by Power-Wave are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MUZS80CC1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Port. |
