COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Physik Instrument E-503 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Power-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pro-face product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-Electronics such as the M2546CX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP4401WW manufactured by Pro-face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FP2500T11 by Manufacturer Pro-face as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand CP8ZE8US in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Plastic-Process-Equipment such as STCK equipment made by Plastic-Process-Equipment have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Plastic-Process-Equipment products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Plastic-Process-Equipment" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M110K061 made by Pi as well as the popular 204330 original spares produced by Port Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 307668 by Pilz and STCK spares by Plastic-Process-Equipment are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2SMPM29800C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Prima-Industrie. |
