COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Photoswitch 42RL1-1010 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the 2750153211 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0115100540072 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1410414 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Raytek Brand RAYMI100CB10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rohde--Schwarz such as NRPZ22 equipment made by Rohde--Schwarz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rohde--Schwarz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rohde--Schwarz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 107732 made by Piab as well as the popular SE2P2050PPW original spares produced by Safeasy-Datasensor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051CD2A02A1AK5M5S5 by Rosemount and NRPZ22 spares by Rohde--Schwarz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RAYRHLTSFWC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Raytek. |
