COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Phoenixbios PROX-1260 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Port products, including obsoleted and phased-out Powertip parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Port such as the 86108C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PG160128ERSATAB manufactured by Powertip and we are pleased to be able to service most Powertip systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HTK70M by Manufacturer Proface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Powerton Brand 700A1351 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Powers such as 595WM150MC08DN04 equipment made by Powers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powers" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available X13650308 made by Pic as well as the popular 6374K332 original spares produced by Pillow-Block-Bushing Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PL6921T41 by Proface and 595WM150MC08DN04 spares by Powers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LTAHS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Port. |
