COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Phoenix Contact PSI-MOS-PROFIB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pressotechnik-Tox parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Prima-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pi such as the E50100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 275883 manufactured by Pressotechnik-Tox and we are pleased to be able to service most Pressotechnik-Tox systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ISD100 by Manufacturer Prima-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pradler-getriebetechnik Brand 92090185 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Plc such as 5687AS1 equipment made by Plc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Plc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Plc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NVR820 made by Planet as well as the popular T35T00119 original spares produced by Practical-Control-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 774600 by Pilz and 5687AS1 spares by Plc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GP2400TC424V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
