COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Phoenix Contact ISB IP RFC/LK/ILB-T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the K3TXVD22AB2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KUBF1 manufactured by Amk and we are pleased to be able to service most Amk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDD093BN020N2L110PB0 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danfoss Brand MBS3000060G1720 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Digital such as MRV11D equipment made by Digital have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Digital products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Digital" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MG360F20 made by Triad as well as the popular IWS1501 original spares produced by Nematron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MGK24OFAU by Pinnacle and MRV11D spares by Digital are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC090B0PD4C110R0W1520LVS001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
