COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Philtec Fiberoptic parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pinnacle products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prima-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Phoenix product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pinnacle such as the 53095 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4SBEBBS1297AC manufactured by Prima-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Prima-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCRSLCUC400I by Manufacturer Phoenix as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand GP250BGM1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Piab such as L1000 equipment made by Piab have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Piab products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Piab" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M405PD made by Physik-Instrument as well as the popular OCDD2B1B0012B1500CC original spares produced by Posital Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 124685 by Produstrial and L1000 spares by Piab are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TFT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pro-Face. |
