COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Phillips Components SPE-142/H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vicor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tension-Controller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Uryu product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vicor such as the V375A12C600BL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TC820 manufactured by Tension-Controller and we are pleased to be able to service most Tension-Controller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UEC200MII by Manufacturer Uryu as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teknor-Applicom Brand T701SLC50000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pfeiffer such as TCP120 equipment made by Pfeiffer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pfeiffer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pfeiffer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TT210N18KOF made by Eupec as well as the popular T261A original spares produced by Hamar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VI261CY by Vicor and TCP120 spares by Pfeiffer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SV9010AC5M0B00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
