COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Philadelphia 4-HR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Seal-Master products, including obsoleted and phased-out Poole parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Powerhouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Seal-Master such as the SFC39 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 150S manufactured by Poole and we are pleased to be able to service most Poole systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 49608M50 by Manufacturer Powerhouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Seal-Master Brand SEHB24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pti such as 35081750140 equipment made by Pti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pti" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SU780D1 made by Servo-tek-Products-Co as well as the popular BC2688A original spares produced by Ruland Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R45G1000M by Reliance and 35081750140 spares by Pti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 190518501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schrader-Bellows. |
