COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Phd STPD1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Phoenix-Contact products, including obsoleted and phased-out Precision-Cutters-Inc.-Pci parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Piezo-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Phoenix-Contact such as the PSIMOSPROFIB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 78FP manufactured by Precision-Cutters-Inc.-Pci and we are pleased to be able to service most Precision-Cutters-Inc.-Pci systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMD101 by Manufacturer Piezo-Motor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand HTK70M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pil such as P42M0A2D1G1220S equipment made by Pil have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pil products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pil" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7838 made by Praxis-Automation-Technology as well as the popular PS1381 original spares produced by Power-Systems-Inc.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M2546CX by Power-Electronics and P42M0A2D1G1220S spares by Pil are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PNOZV30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz.
