COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Precision-Digital products, including obsoleted and phased-out Powertec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Picanol product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Precision-Digital such as the Consolidator spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9N51507A manufactured by Powertec and we are pleased to be able to service most Powertec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BE2073400 by Manufacturer Picanol as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Polyscience Brand 60302 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Port such as 850B1 equipment made by Port have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Port products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Port" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SEBE24X3X15 made by Phd as well as the popular PGTYDDPTLI040WCX original spares produced by Prm-Inc.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 308002801 by Proface and 850B1 spares by Port are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2MC480TC90S4802M500BAU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Power-Battery.
