COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Phd 15360-1-0001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Phd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Port parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4221A manufactured by Port and we are pleased to be able to service most Port systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PNOZV30s24VDC by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pmi Brand KM3010A600N0103J in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Phd such as 3RIDH1 equipment made by Phd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Phd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Phd" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G2XDEAB2424 made by Precise-Automation as well as the popular FL3U313S2MCS original spares produced by Point-Grey Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LS1029V422T by Pic-Design and 3RIDH1 spares by Phd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
