COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pfreundt H8/500bar parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schaevitz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rice-Lake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pyromation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schaevitz such as the PCA116100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CLSM manufactured by Rice-Lake and we are pleased to be able to service most Rice-Lake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TypeJ by Manufacturer Pyromation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Raytek Brand RAYET3LTSFCLASERINFRAREDSENSOR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Red-Lion such as 1MD1 equipment made by Red-Lion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Red-Lion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Red-Lion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SS74B81PDO made by Safe-Scan as well as the popular 3147AG00250000 original spares produced by Q-Phase Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the USP125AS675 by Ramsey and 1MD1 spares by Red-Lion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ChromaPulse Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pressco-Technology. |
