COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pfeffer & Partner RPLN20-1BK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Piv-Drives-Gmbh products, including obsoleted and phased-out Renold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Roplan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Piv-Drives-Gmbh such as the 683192 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1203RN manufactured by Renold and we are pleased to be able to service most Renold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 216E801A by Manufacturer Roplan as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has S.s.-White Brand FG116T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Poggi-Gearbox such as A2008R11012 equipment made by Poggi-Gearbox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Poggi-Gearbox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Poggi-Gearbox" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 301075 made by Rawson-Control-Systems as well as the popular PM40 original spares produced by Renold Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LF821K712LF821K75 by Rexnord and A2008R11012 spares by Poggi-Gearbox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R378193001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reeves. |
