COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Perske VS 30.06-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yoshikawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marathon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yoshikawa such as the US66E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UCL1015 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U322A by Manufacturer Marathon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand USAGED30A22K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yasakawa such as UGTMEM03LB21235 equipment made by Yasakawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yasakawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yasakawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TT42354100AA made by Inland as well as the popular USASGM03YR21 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TT29311010AA by Industrial and UGTMEM03LB21235 spares by Yasakawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original USAGED20L22T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
