COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Perma-tork HC214 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Regal-Beloit products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sandvik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Regal-Beloit such as the 7725612 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7803472501 manufactured by Sandvik and we are pleased to be able to service most Sandvik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 140DM21A by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reuland Brand 38B9 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rossi such as MRCI80U03A equipment made by Rossi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rossi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rossi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CF301CCS7SD made by Schroeder-Dirt-Alarm as well as the popular 0BFMG16N2000 original spares produced by Reuland Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 01252H1QBT by Posidyne and MRCI80U03A spares by Rossi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 75762 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexnord. |
