COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Perceptron S0400-X0075-Y0102-Z0215 / 917-3008 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rechner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rechner such as the KAS8034A1PTFEMSY9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1151DR2F12M131 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSENOP11 by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand FV0GHT0060N00H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Plx such as DM7520 equipment made by Plx have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Plx products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Plx" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PRAS27360U6CWKAB2M made by Posirot as well as the popular QT30 original spares produced by Quindar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 512000N1801ILD6840 by Rechner and DM7520 spares by Plx are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 363B1020020P1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Revere. |
