COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Perceptron 917-3019 / 515-0095 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Red-Lion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rotork parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Red-Lion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Red-Lion such as the TSW1A400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PT10101267100X001 manufactured by Rotork and we are pleased to be able to service most Rotork systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ARJ by Manufacturer Red-Lion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pinnacle Brand DR360F120SMB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Precision-Governor such as E321 equipment made by Precision-Governor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Precision-Governor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Precision-Governor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QL8X12BOPL68C made by Quick-Logic as well as the popular 3051SFC original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 17381 by Rice-Lake and E321 spares by Precision-Governor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original APLPV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion. |
