COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Perceptron 917-3011 REV 1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Photocraft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Red-Lion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the SERIES183 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RH3AJ12OR0623900091 manufactured by Photocraft and we are pleased to be able to service most Photocraft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZRJ1024R by Manufacturer Red-Lion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 3D39461G25 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rice-Lake such as 21615 equipment made by Rice-Lake have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rice-Lake products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rice-Lake" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1151001100520115100110052 made by Rosemount as well as the popular T445 original spares produced by Rjg-Inc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4221B100 by Precise-Sensors and 21615 spares by Rice-Lake are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10BDCM31953 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Qmc-Technologies. |
