COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Perceptron 917-3011 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schmersal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the KT5W2P1123 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BNS33STWAS manufactured by Schmersal and we are pleased to be able to service most Schmersal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3095MFAS020CCHPS1T100T32BA1AU3M5E5H9F003 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 0065C22D0035D0225T04A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rosemount such as CD2A22A1AB4M5K5 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FGD3010 made by Sensaphone as well as the popular SS7B351MDO original spares produced by Safescan Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FSGE by Sick and CD2A22A1AB4M5K5 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A1083701 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensotec. |
