COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Perceptron 917-1014 / 515-0095 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rez-K--Hlach-Ag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schaevitz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Revco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rez-K--Hlach-Ag such as the DB1000DS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GPD121250 manufactured by Schaevitz and we are pleased to be able to service most Schaevitz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 28958H75 by Manufacturer Revco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Prime-Controls Brand R5T285L483014SL8PU4SC63CT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Revere such as HPSMD315KG10P5R equipment made by Revere have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Revere products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Revere" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Si0004040FN4030033SR010A made by Reneshaw as well as the popular CEL275 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 650601RK by Rki-Instruments and HPSMD315KG10P5R spares by Revere are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SERIES183 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
