COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Perceptron 912-0012 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Red-Lion-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perceptron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Red-Lion-Controls such as the 4701000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9173008 manufactured by Perceptron and we are pleased to be able to service most Perceptron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 039914 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand TG1A2B11A1ADA2E5M5Q4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Perceptron such as 9174012 equipment made by Perceptron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Perceptron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Perceptron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CD1A2A11A1AM5Q4Q8DA2 made by Rosemount as well as the popular C40E0903DB200 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40HDN359CBCDB5VHB by Sequential and 9174012 spares by Perceptron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4501211 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
