COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Perceptron 912-0010 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sandvik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the SCLC112M2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3420800510B1561 manufactured by Sandvik and we are pleased to be able to service most Sandvik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSEN21201 by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand Gx44801 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Roto-Tool such as 991750109 equipment made by Roto-Tool have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Roto-Tool products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Roto-Tool" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KSO18122095022923099587 made by Ritz as well as the popular MG120FAU original spares produced by Pinnacle Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 836ETD1EN9D4A by Rockwell and 991750109 spares by Roto-Tool are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3RE5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
