COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Perceptron 912-0008 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Perkin-Elmer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilot parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rechner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Perkin-Elmer such as the MVS2020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 19X1078REVAL manufactured by Pilot and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilot systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KAS80A24AKY5KAS80A24AKY5 by Manufacturer Rechner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 1141100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ross such as 2768C3900 equipment made by Ross have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ross products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ross" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DR200FAU made by Pinnacle as well as the popular R1T185L483S4D0408SL8HN63 original spares produced by Pyromation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5460041100 by Rexroth and 2768C3900 spares by Ross are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9173007S0400X0041Y0056Z0115 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Perceptron. |
