COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Perceptron 911-0062E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Phd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Powerohm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pillar-Industries product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Phd such as the 5MA11B4285 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P157919 manufactured by Powerohm and we are pleased to be able to service most Powerohm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BR508 by Manufacturer Pillar-Industries as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Point-Grey-Research Brand IEEE1394 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Phd such as MA11F5090X6PKBCD1D2M equipment made by Phd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Phd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Phd" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PF9F2R9K42 made by Powerohm as well as the popular 09610435 original spares produced by Poweramp Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAS132 by Phd and MA11F5090X6PKBCD1D2M spares by Phd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9110062E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Perceptron. |
