COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl UC6000-FP-IUE2-R2-P5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Promess products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rever parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Precise-Sensors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Promess such as the 83421 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CP150K manufactured by Rever and we are pleased to be able to service most Rever systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11131000001G36106P10 by Manufacturer Precise-Sensors as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 3051CD0A02A1AH2L4B1M504 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rice-Lake such as RLMK410SS equipment made by Rice-Lake have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rice-Lake products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rice-Lake" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 192452 made by Raytek as well as the popular 2750153211 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UB30018GM40E5V1 by Pepperl and RLMK410SS spares by Rice-Lake are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051S1CD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
