COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl UB500 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Perceptron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Phoenix-Contact parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Perceptron such as the 9120045E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCRS1 manufactured by Phoenix-Contact and we are pleased to be able to service most Phoenix-Contact systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 475635 by Manufacturer Pilz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand CP8GA14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Point-Grey such as GRAS14S5MC equipment made by Point-Grey have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Point-Grey products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Point-Grey" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CZ353165 made by Post-Glover as well as the popular 9120045 original spares produced by Perceptron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MT1602001um by Port and GRAS14S5MC spares by Point-Grey are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 561TILT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Port.
