COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl SU16-K/82A/103/115B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Power-Process-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the 127452 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1118612CB99 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 53511000B0000 by Manufacturer Power-Process-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reneshaw Brand RGH22S30D15 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rice-Lake such as RL75058B125k equipment made by Rice-Lake have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rice-Lake products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rice-Lake" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SZ41272101 made by Rittal as well as the popular 115100410082 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 398R10213354 by Rosemount and RL75058B125k spares by Rice-Lake are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CP1200K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Revere. |
