COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl RL23-8-H-1000-IR/100A/125 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pinnacle product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the UC3000U12IUE2R2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 644HAK5XAJ6F6 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DR480FAU by Manufacturer Pinnacle as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 3400HTVP102130 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proportion-Air such as EC750 equipment made by Proportion-Air have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proportion-Air products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proportion-Air" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C12191 made by Precise-Technology as well as the popular CEL275 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MG160F1AU by Pinnacle and EC750 spares by Proportion-Air are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9110114 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Perceptron. |
